What we collect when you contact New Horizons Construction, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you request an estimate on this website we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the lot address or neighborhood, the type of project, and your message.
When you call or text (719) 419-8345, your call or conversation is answered by our virtual assistant. We keep your phone number, the details you give (such as your name, callback number, project and timeline), a written summary and transcript, and for calls a recording.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
On our public pages we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, such as clicks, scrolling and pages visited, so we can improve it. What you type into forms is masked and not recorded by Clarity.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you about your project or request: to call or email you back, schedule a site visit, and prepare an estimate. If you send us an email address, we email you a confirmation that we received your request.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging
If you text New Horizons Construction, we use your number and messages only to respond to you about your project or request. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Who handles it for us
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the business: Microsoft (website hosting on Azure, email through Microsoft 365, and Clarity site analytics) and Vapi (the virtual assistant that answers our phone line). They process your information only to provide those services to us.
Cookies
The public pages of this site use Microsoft Clarity analytics cookies to understand how the site is used; they are not used for advertising. Microsoft describes how it handles this data at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. A sign-in cookie is set only if you log in to the members-only plan library, and Clarity does not run on members-only or sign-in pages.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@newhcllc.com. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
