About us
Built on doing it right the first time.
New Horizons Construction is a modern Colorado Springs builder: new homes for families and new buildings for businesses.
Our story
A Colorado company built around doing the job right.
New Horizons Construction was founded in Colorado in 2023 to give homeowners and business owners a better kind of builder: one accountable team that understands every system behind the walls, not just the finish work in front of them.
We build new, and only new. Starting from bare ground means we get the things that are expensive to fix later — the foundation, the framing, the envelope, the mechanical systems — right the first time, instead of working around someone else's shortcuts.
What we stand for
How we work
-
Build it to code
Permits, inspections, and the right materials aren't upsells — they're how the job is done, residential or commercial.
-
Show the math
Estimates list labor hours and materials for each phase so you can see exactly where the money goes.
-
Own the whole job
From site work to final finishes, every trade is coordinated by one team, with one point of contact for you.
-
Stand behind it
Every project carries a one-year workmanship warranty from the day we finish.
